Lewis Shields is Director of the Energy Engagement and Facilitation branch within DEECA’s Energy Group. This branch is at the forefront of the Energy transition with responsibility for bespoke energy proposals, fostering a pipeline of energy projects across Victoria’s energy sector, and leveraging industry intelligence to inform policy development. Lewis brings a breadth of government and commercial expertise to this role, having previously worked across fiscal policy, ICT, first peoples, and transport infrastructure in both the Commonwealth and Victorian governments.
