<p>With 26 years of brand marketing experience, Kubi Springer joined AVANTGARDE Dubai from London in 2022 as Brand Marketing Director for the MEA region and became Global Marketing Director in 2024, overseeing marketing teams across 13 international offices including London, Dubai, Singapore, and Shanghai. In this capacity, Kubi has executed global marketing campaigns for the likes of L&rsquo;Or&eacute;al Paris, FENDI, Dune London, Charlotte Tilbury, and the tourism retail divisions of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.</p> <p>From the success of her role as Global Marketing Director, Kubi is now heading up AUTHORITY by AVANTGARDE, a cultural marketing agency designed to help brands go global by tapping into authentic cultural narratives and audience insights.</p> <p>Prior to this, having lived and worked in London and New York, Kubi worked with clients including Nike, TikTok, Beyonc&eacute;, MTV, Justin Timberlake, Rio Ferdinand, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and Aston Martin. In 2023, she was shortlisted for the 'Marketer of the Year Award' by Performance Marketing Weekly.</p>
