Kristin Fejerskov Kragseth has over 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry – for ExxonMobil, Point Resources and Vår Energi. When she took over as CEO of Vår Energi in 2018, she came from the position of Vice President of Production at Point Resources. Before that, she was ExxonMobil's Technical Manager for the Norwegian continental shelf. Kragseth has held a number of positions within ExxonMobil, both nationally and internationally. Her international career in ExxonMobil includes assignments for the ExxonMobil Upstream Research Center in Houston, West Africa Planning in London and Jotun Project Lead in the Netherlands. In Norway, she has held various leadership roles, including Operations Superintendent, SSHE Manager and Public & Government Affairs Manager. Kragseth is a trained marine engineer, with a master's degree from Texas A&M University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Norwegian Oil and Gas (NOROG).
