Kristian Schmidt Clausen is a Director of Investments at AIP Management, currently leading the firm’s New York office and overseeing a USD 2.5 billion portfolio. He played a key role in establishing AIP’s New York office, significantly expanding the firm’s US investment pipeline. Also led strategic execution for AIP Infrastructure II and III funds, collaborating with Boston Consulting Group and focusing on energy transition technologies. He has lived across Copenhagen, London, New York, and Hong Kong, and he is recognized for his expertise in structuring and negotiating complex partnerships.
