Kelly has more than 28 years’ experience in printing and has been with The University of Virginia for 13 years. Before joining UVA, Kelly worked 14 years for Circuit City Stores, Inc. in its offset and data center printing operations. He currently also serves as a board member for the Printing & Graphics Association MidAtlantic (PGAMA). He currently serves as President-Elect on the IPMA Board of Directors. Kelly has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, majoring in painting and printmaking, with an art history minor. He lives in Richmond, VA, with his wife and children.
