<p>Kat Woods is a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in hotel operations, finance, guest services, and technology. In her role at Bridgeton, she identifies new opportunities and optimizes existing assets to drive operational success. She also serves as Executive Director of New York City Women of Hospitality, supporting the professional growth and development of women in the industry.</p> <p>Previously, Kat was Assistant General Manager at Walker Hotel Tribeca, where she led post-pandemic recovery efforts, improving financial performance and guest satisfaction. Her career includes leadership roles in boutique hotels, private clubs, and Marriott International.</p> <p>Kat holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire, where she is a guest lecturer and active member of the Board of Young Hospitality Professionals. Outside of work, she stays active as a gym-goer, soccer player, and triathlete.</p>
