Adam Bussell has been in the hospitality industry since 2005 when he had his most favorite job, Bellman at Mondrian in Los Angeles. After 5 years at Morgans Hotel Group he was Director of Rooms at Gramercy Park Hotel, then was at The London West Hollywood for 7 years in various roles, lastly as Assistant General Manager. In 2017 he joined Sydell group to open The NoMad Los Angeles, then was part of the opening team for NoMad Las Vegas. In 2019 continuing with Sydell Group, he became General Manager of The LINE Austin. In 2021 he joined Salt Hotels as Managing Director to open The Greystone Hotel in Miami Beach, and after seeing the hotel through the opening he returned to the Sydell Group where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations. Adam is currently the Managing Director of Hotel AKA Brickell at AKA Hotels+Hotel Residences.

Anke Graichen is a Hospitality Operations Management Professional with over 20 years' experience in high-end luxury hotels, condo hotels, resorts and spas. She is currently the General Manager for the Hyde Beach House in Hollywood, Florida. Prior to joining Hyde Beach House, Anke was the Hotel Manager for the Phoenicia Hotel Malta where her responsibilities included daily operations of the entire food and beverage department, engineering team, housekeeping and guest service team including PBX, guest relations, transportation, and concierge. Before that, she was the Director of Operations of the Betsy Hotel where she was responsible for maintaining the building and grounds for this landmark boutique hotel with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Anke's other professional experience includes the Viceroy Hotel in Miami Beach, the Acqualina Resort and Spa in Sunny Isles, Florida, the Setai South Beach, and the Peninsula Hotel in New York. Anke has extensive expertise in all aspects of Engineering, Property Management, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Energy Programs, Quality Assurance, Material and Inventory Control, Cost Controls and Budgets, Capital Improvements, Project Management, Sanitation and Safety, and Employee Training. Anke is known as an exceptional staff manager with the ability to lead, guide, direct, develop, and motivate people at all levels. She has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong client management abilities.
