Kari has overall responsibility for Mace’s HSW performance and strategy, working closely with operational teams across Mace internationally, providing strategic direction and ensuring that HSW operations, processes and measurement are aligned across the Group. Kari has worked as a Health and Safety professional for over 20 years, with experience across a number of industries including Waste, Engineering and Construction, including two years as Principal Inspector with the HSE with accountability for investigating serious incidents and complaints across the UK construction industry. As a highly experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional, Kari also has extensive experience of project management, business improvement and stakeholder engagement.
