Karen Sinard is Vice President, Environmental and Sustainability with Occidental Petroleum Corporation (Oxy) in Houston, TX. Karen has enjoyed a 25-year employment with Oxy’s chemical and oil and gas businesses. Karen has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and has served as Oxy’s technical expert for numerous industry trade associations.
