<p>Julia Baker is Technical Director for Nature Services at Mott MacDonald, where she leads the integration of nature into infrastructure planning and delivery. With over 20 years’ experience, Julia authored the UK’s Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Good Practice Principles, led CIEEM’s BNG training and was involved with England’s biodiversity metric development. Julia also helps clients to develop and implement corporate policies to support the global Nature Positive goal. Julia was named CIEEM’s Member of the Year, and featured on the ENDS Power List of influential environmental professionals.</p>
