Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry in roles across strategy, operations, and technology. Prior to his current role as Co-Founder & CEO of Pollinate Horizons, Jonathan was the Chief Operating Officer for Technology at Worldpay Group plc. Before Worldpay, Jonathan was a Partner at Bain & Company, the global strategic management consultancy. Jonathan was the founding CEO of Tyl by NatWest, building a tier 1 innovative merchant acquiring business from the ground up. With a passion for open banking and data, Jonathan leads Pollinate Group’s innovation engine, Pollinate Horizons, where he is responsible for the Group’s strategic vision and new growth initiatives. He is also an active supporter of new Fintech businesses as an angel investor and currently sits on the board of the prestigious P20 group.
