At RAND, his portfolio of work includes research on space security cooperation with Indo-Pacific partners, Army exercises in the Indo-Pacific, and U.S. Indo-Pacific posture. Prior to joining RAND, Cham served as a Research Fellow for the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS).</p>
