2010年に早稲田大学を卒業後、株式会社電通北海道に入社。営業・プランナーとして民間企業や行政のマーケティング・コミュニケーション領域において伴走型支援を行う。2017年からは株式会社電通に出向し、国際スポーツイベントのプロジェクトマネジメントに従事。その後は官民協働によるドローン物流事業の立ち上げなど、社会課題解決型の事業開発を行う。<br /> 2024年4月より現職。現在は岩谷技研にて、高高度ガス気球による成層圏の有人飛行技術を基盤とした無人気球のユースケース開発に取り組む。将来的には通信中継、監視・観測、レジリエンス強化といった、防災・防衛分野をはじめとした多用途での運用を見据えている。

<p>Oliver Harry is the Director for Defence and Security Exports (UKDSE) for the Department for Business and Trade. He joined the UK Government around 15 years ago and has undertaken a variety of roles in London and overseas, most recently as Deputy Director in UKDSE.</p> <p>Before this, Oliver completed two operational deployments (including a tour as policy advisor to a Brigade Commander in Helmand province, Afghanistan) and has served as private secretary to the UK&rsquo;s Minister for Defence Procurement. He has also been seconded to NATO where he was a Deputy Director in the NATO Secretary General&rsquo;s cabinet.<br /> Before joining the civil service Oliver worked in the private sector. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.</p>

Before establishing Diarkis in 2019, Nobuyori gained extensive experience in backend development at renowned Japanese game companies such as Silicon Studio and Colopl, where he was instrumental in designing and building large-scale network systems for several hit titles.)</p>

<p>Paul was appointed Business Development Director International in 2014. Paul has a strong technical background and oversees SEA&rsquo;s activities in Canada, South East Asia, South America, Australia and New Zealand. Paul&rsquo;s previous roles have included principle electronics engineer, project manager, business development group manager and Director of Defence.&nbsp;</p>

<p>ペトラ・ジグムント駐日ドイツ連邦共和国大使は、ハイデルベルク大学、ベルリン自由大学、中国人民大学（北京）にて中国学、政治学、経済学を専攻。1994年にドイツ外務省に入省し、さまざまな役職を歴任。2004年から2006年まで在中国大使館貿易促進部長、2006年から2010年まで連邦首相府欧州・EU関連外交担当課長、2010年から2013年まで在フランス大使館報道官兼報道・広報部長を務める。2015年から2017年まで外務省中国・日本・韓国・北朝鮮・モンゴル課長、2017年から2019年まで外務省東アジア・東南アジア・太平洋部長を務めた後、2019年に外務省アジア・太平洋局長に就任。2024年夏に駐日ドイツ連邦共和国大使に着任するまで同職を務めた。ドイツ語のほか、英語、フランス語、中国語も話す。</p> <p>Petra Sigmund studied sinology, political science and economic policy studies at Heidelberg University, the Free University of Berlin and the People&acute;s University in Beijing. She joined the German Federal Foreign Office in 1994 and has held various positions since then. From 2004 to 2006, she served as Head of the Trade Promotion Office at the German Embassy in Beijing. Between 2006 and 2010, she was in charge of EU relations at the German Federal Chancellery in Berlin, followed by being the spokeswoman of the German Embassy in Paris between 2010 and 2013. From 2015 to 2017, Petra Sigmund served as Head of Division for East Asia at the Federal Foreign Office before being appointed Deputy Director General for East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific (2017-2019). 2019 she was promoted to Director General for Asia and the Pacific. She held that position until the summer of 2024 when she was appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Japan. Besides German, Petra Sigmund also speaks English, French and Chinese.</p>
