Joanna Emmerich is a Talent Development Consultant at the European Patent Office. Joanna joined the EPO in 2018. She is managing the newcomer onboarding programme and focusing on modernizing the operations within the Talent Development team. Prior to joining the European Patent Office, Joanna worked for 10 years at Google in Poland, Argentina, Ireland and Germany in variety of roles in Learning and Development space: as global peer-to-peer development lead, curriculum manager for all soft skills training, and programme manager for global onboarding, among others.
