Jay's practice involves the representation of clients in a wide range of complex transactions across the energy industry, including project development, upstream acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and M&A matters. He has extensive experience in the upstream and LNG sectors in particular. Over the last 35 years, Jay has worked on major energy transactions domestically and in more than 50 countries throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining the Firm, Jay was a partner at another Houston based law firm, and has worked in Houston, London, Moscow and Hong Kong.
