Dr. Helge Lippert is Head of Learning & Development (HQ) in the Hilti Corporation located in Liechtenstein. He has 30 years work experience within small family businesses and globally operating organizations. Within Hilti he was part of the team that changed the learner experience towards self-learning within many internal training programs. This approach was so well perceived that the concepts are now rolled out in several other European countries. In the current role is one of his core responsibilities the delivery of digital learning solutions for the 1800 headquarter employees.
