I'm passionate about using technology to enable learning for adults and have been focusing on learning in the workplace since 2004 when I first started as an instructional designer. It's all about helping people develop themselves in the workplace, as well as helping them to get important information, experiences, and opportunities to try new things, like collaborating with peers. It's really exciting to see what is possible already today with educational technology and think about the endless possibilities in the future. Since I started as an instructional designer in Brazil, my home country, I have contributed to the Learning and Development teams of TAM Airlines, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Claro Telecom, and HERE Navigation Technologies. Currently, I am the Digital Training Manager supporting the Customer Care department of Zalando together with a great team of trainers.
