As an industrial engineer, consultant and futurologist, I am interested in how future developments in technology and business will affect generations. The complexity is increasing rapidly in almost all areas. The different generations perceive the digital transformation in companies differently. This also makes the application of new technology and the implementation of digitization different from the baby boomer generation to Generation Z and Generation Alpha.
