In his role leading VPP Strategy, Hamish is responsible for identify and pursuing opportunities for AGL to optimise customer electricity consumption through winning customer propositions. Hamish has led AGL's Hot Water Orchestration Program since January 2024 quadrupling the size of the program. Prior to AGL, Hamish worked as a policy advisor to a Federal Independent MP, where he worked on the first legislation to bring batteries into the SRES scheme, and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. His academic training is in anthropology and environmental policy.
