Gustavo Nieponice began his career at The Boston Consulting Group in 2000. He is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice and leads BCG's materials and process industries sector in Western Europe and South America, bringing more than 15 years of consulting experience dedicated to the natural resources industry and supporting clients on all continents. He works with natural-resources companies on profit improvement, optimization of large capex projects, strategy, value management, pricing and logistics, and organization projects. Gustavo has led many projects in the natural-resources sector and heads BCG's mining sector in Western Europe and South America and the Energy practice in the Southern Cone.
