Glenn leads the risk transfer area of Howden’s Climate Risk and Resilience team, which focuses on insurance solutions for de-risking the energy transition, enabling trading in the carbon markets and helping clients manage the physical risks of climate change. Glenn has over 10 years’ experience in the insurance market having built and lead environmental liability teams in both underwriting and broking. Prior to his insurance career he worked as an environmental engineer in natural resources and construction sectors, primarily in the Australian mining industry. Glenn holds an honours degree in Environmental Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration.
