Gary Morris is the programme leader for the Bsc (hons) Nursing (Mental Health) programme at the University of Leeds. He lectures in mental health nursing, running modules in dementia care; media and mental health; and lived experience in mental health. He is the author of a number of academic textbooks, chapters and articles. He is involved in creating e-learning materials / packages (primarily using Articulate Presenter) and supervising and promoting online learning uptake amongst teaching colleagues. Significance of this e-learning work was recognised by the award of a University of Leeds Student Education Fellowship in January 2016.
