Francesco Giuliani, Managing Director, joined First Reserve in 2006. Mr. Giuliani's responsibilities include investment origination, execution and exit, focusing on the equipment, manufacturing, and services sectors. Prior to joining First Reserve, he was a Senior Executive with General Electric. Most recently, he led the GE Oil & Gas Equipment Business at Nuovo Pignone, a $2.5 billion operation in Florence, Italy. Prior to that time, he was head of the Honeywell integration effort for GE Energy and spent several years in corporate development at different GE businesses and at Finmeccanica in Rome. Mr. Giuliani holds a degree from the Libera Università Internazionale in Rome.
