<p>Florence Henderson currently serves as AVP, EMEA Inclusion Lead at Moody&rsquo;s based in London where she has responsibility for implementing Moody&rsquo;s global Inclusion strategy at a regional level. Florence's responsibilities also include senior stakeholder management, project management, coordinating Business Resource Groups (BRGs), communications, and oversight of improvements in benchmarking and advancement of Moody&rsquo;s Inclusion goals. Prior to her current role which she joined in December 2020, Florence previously held multiple roles at Moody&rsquo;s, including HR Project Manager.&nbsp; Florence previously worked at S&amp;P Global, where she held various roles over 20 years, including eight years in product management and marketing.&nbsp;</p>
