Erin is Head of Corporate Ventures at Cargill. She has 15 years of experience working in global CPG companies in a variety of roles, including: Tyson Ventures, SC Johnson, McCain Foods and Kraft Foods. Prior to that, she served active duty in the US Army, counting two combat deployments during Operations Iraqi Freedom I & III. Erin holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS from the US Military Academy at West Point.
