Adam Anders is a founder and managing partner of Anterra Capital, an agrifoodtech focused venture capital fund with offices in Amsterdam and Boston. Adam has over 20 years of private equity and venture capital experience, including as a director of Rabobank Private Equity (Netherlands) and Ironbridge Capital (Australia). Prior to this Adam co-founded a fintech start up and worked with Bain & Co. Adam grew up on a farm and is passionate about improving our food system.

Benjamin Z. Houlton is the Ronald P. Lynch Dean of Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and is a professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and the Global Development Section of the Cornell CALS Ashley School of Global Development and the Environment. He is an accomplished international scientist whose research interests include global ecosystem processes, climate change solutions and agricultural sustainability. Dean Houlton is co-founder of The N3gative Company (pronounced Negative), which is empowering farmers and land managers with the tools to create, verify and exchange permanent carbon dioxide removal in soil. He also directs more than 100 acres of farmland carbon sequestration projects to improve crop yields and create new financial markets for farmers and ranchers. He has published his research in leading scientific journals including Nature, Science and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. As part of his mission to connect scientific discovery with the public, Dean Houlton is also a frequent guest on regional and national news programs.

Brad Drake became GROWMARK's EVP, Chief Operating Officer on January 2, 2025, overseeing GROWMARK's wholesale business, logistics, and marketing functions. He began his career with GROWMARK in 2008 as a senior internal auditor and moved to MID-CO COMMODITIES in 2009 as the compliance and operations manager. In 2013, he was named crop protection business manager. In 2015, he joined GROWMARK's SAP implementation team, leading the commodity management, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay teams, as well as acting as liaison to the agronomy business unit. In 2018, Brad was named director of Financial Analysis and assistant treasurer, and in 2020 became GROWMARK's Controller. He was named GROWMARK's EVP, Chief Financial Officer on March 16, 2022. Brad holds a degree in business with a concentration in accounting and management from Trinity International University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Illinois State University. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Brad and his wife, Kari, have two children and reside in Bloomington, IL.

With over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and sustainability, Brook has accumulated deep expertise as an entrepreneur turned investor across the industrial segments of energy, transportation and agriculture. As a founding partner of G2 Venture Partners, he brings a passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve ambitious visions for scale and impact. Prior to G2, Brook was a Partner at Kleiner Perkins’ $1B Green Growth Fund. He was directly involved with investments in Turo, Proterra, Farmers Edge, Uber, and DJI. At G2 Brook has partnered with portfolio companies Luminar, Trove, Pivot Bio, Lumafield, and Waabi. Before joining Kleiner Perkins, Brook co-founded two sustainable transportation companies: Intelligent Energy, a fuel cell technology company and Primafuel, a low-carbon fuels company. Brook holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis in environmental technology.

Carrie Vollmer-Sanders serves as Field to Market's President and is a 6th generation farmer in Indiana. She is passionate about collaborating with forward-thinking farmers, convening diverse thought-leaders, and addressing environmental challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives.

Clay is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fall Line Capital. He is a fifth-generation Iowa farmer who has spent his entire career becoming one of the most innovative, progressive and respected farmers in the world. Clay led the revolution in precision agriculture from a variable-rate approach to an automation approach. In refining commercial grain farming at The Mitchell Farm, he has conducted highly introspective agronomic studies that have driven innovation in the use of auto-steering, next-generation control systems for farming inputs, wireless farm networking, grain storage automation, no-till farming techniques and controlled-traffic farming systems.
