Forward Energy in Care: “I think after last year’s celebration at Congress, it’s important to keep up the momentum and energy to keep moving forward! What is the next right thing we can do to improve patient care?” Erin said. She is excited about the diverse range of topics across inpatient and outpatient settings. “A session I am really excited to bring to the conference involves the use of alternate staffing to improve not only patient care, but nurse satisfaction!” Erin said. “With the development of things like virtual nursing and AI, as oncology nurses we sometimes thing those things can’t apply to us, but I am excited to show nurses how two centers have implemented new and innovative ways to improve nursing satisfaction and patient care.”
