**Professor Eric Cornish** is a tenured design faculty member at Miami Dade College’s School of Entertainment & Design Technology. With over 15 years of experience as a design professional and educator, he holds degrees in Graphic Design and Computer Animation, and earned his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a concentration in Business in 2022. He is a recognized Adobe Education Leader, part of a global network of innovative educators who use Adobe tools to foster creativity and critical thinking in the classroom. Certified as a Digital Design Specialist in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Professor Cornish brings a hands-on, collaborative, and inclusive teaching style to both students and faculty. He leads professional development, supports student success initiatives, and advises *AXIS*, MDC’s nationally award-winning, student-run literary arts magazine. He also founded the D3 Art & Design Conference, a community event celebrating creativity, design, and technology. Committed to global citizenship, Cornish directs study-abroad programs that explore culture through the lens of design, taking students to countries like China, Germany, and Switzerland. His teaching philosophy—*“Creativity for All”*—underscores his belief that creativity is a transformative and essential human experience.
