Emily Gadaleta is a Senior Energy Policy Advisor at Tesla, specialising in residential and small-scale energy policy. Before joining Tesla, Emily spent two years at AGL, specializing in retail regulation strategy for consumer energy resources. Her role involved addressing regulatory challenges and optimising opportunities within the sector. Prior to her tenure at AGL, Emily served the NSW Government for four years in significant roles. This included an extended secondment to the Energy Minister's Office under Matt Kean MP and a policy management position within the NSW department. Emily is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy, majoring in International Law, at the University of Sydney.
