Duncan is the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Manager for Canterbury Christ Church University in Kent, England. He has spent his whole career in education, and the last 15 years within TEL in Higher Education institutions across the UK. During that time he has developed specialisms in Digital Learning Capture (focusing on usage beyond the standard lecture capture model), Digital Capabilities and Virtual Learning Environments. He leads a Learning Technology Team that supports the four faculties at CCCU in the most effective use of TEL systems and approaches. Currently he is leading the project at CCCU to roll out Digital Learning Capture across the institution, chairing the University's Digital Capabilities Working Group, and spearheading the implementation of Jisc's Digital Experience Insights service within the institution.
