Dr. Stuart Morrison is someone who loves Scotch whisky. The taste, the story, the history, and the joy of working in an industry where no two days ever feel the same. Stuart’s day-to-day focus in on innovation, single malts and cask maturation, and is part of Diageo’s 12-strong Whisky Specialist Team based in Menstrie, Scotland. His days are largely taken up nosing cask sample after cask sample, allowing the creation of new single malt innovations and cask experiments, as well as looking after and maintaining various whisky recipes within Diageo’s single malt portfolio.
