Dr. Beate Grota is a member of the Executive Management of Bosch´s division Power Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for all R&D and the business fields of hydrogen and fuel cell technology. With a career at Bosch spanning more than two decades since 2002, she has a comprehensive track record of leading strategic innovations in the mobility sector. Throughout her career, Dr. Beate Grota has held numerous leadership positions with increasing responsibility, from the development of diesel common rail systems to heading product areas for powertrain technologies. Her expertise in the energy transition extends beyond her role at Bosch; she is also a board member of Hydrogen Europe and a member of the Supervisory Board of Bosch Rexroth. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund.
