Dr Graeme Hawker is a Chancellor’s Fellow in Future Energy Systems in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. With a background in multi-vector modelling and the integration of renewable energy into transmission and distribution networks, his research looks at how the different constraints we have in the future development of electricity, gas, hydrogen and heat networks may affect how we choose to meet our long-term carbon emissions targets.
