Working as Water Resources Expert, Water Resources Department, Ministry of Energy, and Infrastructure, providing specialized advice in all activities related to water resources management and contributing to setting plans and developing policies, Strategies, legislation, and standards regulating water resources. Prior to joining MOEI, AlaEldin worked at SEWA’s Water and Research Studies Departments. Also, worked at FEWA’s Water department as a water studies Researcher. AlaEldin has a staggering 29 years of experience under his belt in all aspects of water research as he was the official Remote Sensing Expert at R & D Programmes sponsored by the National Informatics Centre Planning Commission Government of India and acting as the leading Hydrogeologist for Rural Water Department, El Obeid, Sudan. AlaEldin has published around 15 papers, participated/speaks in more than 40 conferences and seminars. Participates as Assistant/Associate Professor, at Ajman University of Science & Technology and Al Ghurair University. AlaEldin received his M.Sc. (Geology), M. Phil & PhD in Remote Sensing applications from Aligarh Muslim University, India in 1992, 1995 & 1997 respectively. Prior to that, he was a topper of Class B.Sc. (Geology) in 1989 University of Salahuddin, Erbil, Iraq.
