Del is President of Ratcliffe Golf Services, Inc. and COO of Pinnacle Golf Properties. Del is the current president of the North Carolina Golf Course Owners Association and is a Class “A” member of the PGA of America as well as a member of the GCSAA. He is the founding member of Kodology, LLC, a software development company that specializes in innovative marketing software and related services for small and medium business applications. Del’s business ventures go beyond the scope of the golf industry, and include real estate brokerage, construction and even distilled spirits. He and his Pinnacle Golf Properties partner, David Taylor are involved in 19 different golf properties in various ways, from ownership to various management and financial services capacities. His various business ventures provide him with unique perspectives in areas such as marketing, pricing and using technology to help golf businesses operate more efficiently and profitably.
