Dave serves as a Vice President and Project Director at TRC Environmental Corporation, where he assists with project delivery, regulatory analysis, and quality management in the air quality and energy transition areas. As a member of the Appalachian Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub’s (ARCH2) Program Management Office, TRC Environmental Corporation, in partnership with Battelle Memorial Institute, Allegheny Science & Technology, and GTI Energy, leads management of ARCH2.
