As Group CFO and member of the executive team, I am responsible for finance, purchasing and performance improvement, in addition to sharing responsibility for a team of over 400 people across approximately 10 countries. My primary responsibilities include facilitating the transition of structures and processes from the growth phase to a mature organisation, as well as securing financing. I have 10 years of experience in management consulting specialising in periods of change. My background in natural sciences has also been beneficial, as I spent the first 10 years of both my education and professional experience in this field.
