<p>Dan heads up DfE’s Private Finance Team with responsibility across the full spectrum of private finance related activity spanning legacy PF estate, the recently procured PSBP Private Finance Programme, Academy related PF and PF expiry. Dan spent 11 years as an external legal adviser advising public sector and private sector on a range of PPP deals in the education, health, defence, local government and waste sectors before joining Partnerships for Schools to work on the BSF programme and then, subsequently, moving to DfE.</p>
