It is a career built on one core skill: understanding what an audience needs to hear, then finding exactly the right person to say it.</p> <p>Dan holds a degree in Popular Music Studies and Performance from Leeds College of Music, which is perhaps less of a departure from his current role than it might seem. Both disciplines are built around the same thing: reading a room, understanding what moves people, and delivering something that lands.</p> <p>He has spent years advising clients across sectors on how to match speakers to strategic objectives, helping organisations turn events from logistical exercises into genuine catalysts for change. His expertise spans leadership development, the future of work, culture, and innovation, and his approach is always people-first: less process, more impact.</p> <p>Outside of work, Dan is a committed football watcher, occasional tennis player, and passionate advocate for the superior quality of British sweets and orange squash, having spent eight years in the United States and returned with strong opinions on the matter.</p>
