Eileen is Head of Engagement and Communities at ESCRS. Prior to this role, she was part of the Senior Leadership Team at the International Association for Health Professions Education (AMEE) for four years, where she successfully built their Membership and Engagement function. Her responsibilities included effective marketing and communication of all aspects of the Association&rsquo;s delivery and brand. In previous roles Eileen delivered international global marketing plans for a Higher Education Institution, and she has fifteen years of experience in Consumer Publishing, overseeing and delivering a diverse publication portfolio in the UK.

Lucy Postlethwaite is the founder of Practical AI, a GenAI training and consultancy for event<br /> agencies and organisers. <p>Sammy Connell is an award winning events professional who heads up the Conference and Events Team at&nbsp;NASUWT - The Teachers&rsquo; Union. Sammy has been an in-house professional conference organiser within the events and exhibition industry for 20+ years and spent much of her early career hosting events for Birmingham City Council &ndash; the largest local authority in Europe. She has since worked within the charity sector, hosting scientific conferences for stroke care professionals and now currently heads up the Conference and Events department for NASUWT &ndash; The Teachers&rsquo; Union, one of the largest trade unions in the UK, with 270,000 members hosting 60+ annual conferences and exhibitions year.</p> <p>Sammy is the Co-Chair of ABPCO (Association of British Professional Conference Organisers), a Fast Forward 15 Mentor, Power of Events Advisory Board Member, The Meetings Show Advisory Board Member, Greengage Sustainability Champion and a Power50 Green Champion.</p> <p>Sammy has a Master&rsquo;s degree in Events and Exhibitions Management from BCU and is an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) practitioner, a keynote speaker for industry events, lecturer for events and exhibition undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has won multiple prestigious awards for her outstanding work in the events sector.</p>

I am an Event Manager at The Earthshot Prize, a global environmental initiative working to discover and scale innovative solutions to the world&rsquo;s biggest environmental crises. I am an enthusiastic and driven individual, with a joy for taking on challenges and puzzles to solve. I am very fortunate to work on global climate events, marrying my love for the industry with a true purpose of making the world a better, greener, place. My passion outside of my role is about &ldquo;bridging the gap&rdquo; and supporting to place the next generation of events professionals into the heart of the industry, pushing all of us the best we can be.

<p>Helen Moon is the Founder and Chief Executive of the award winning not for profit and charitable social enterprise EventWell, the go to for neuroinclusive and mental wellbeing friendly event spaces.<br /> She is an event professional of 26 years with experience in event operations, business development and account management, and event marketing, having spent 17 years working in hotels and venues, and eight years as a freelance event and operations manager.</p> <p>Personally she describes herself as an AuDHD Mental Health Warrior, and as well as a qualified event manager and marketer, she is also a qualified stress management and relaxation therapist, has a level 4 diploma in Psychology (and soon to be in Child Psychology), and she brings a wealth of lived experience and thought leadership on neurodiversity and mental wellbeing in the event industry.</p>

She specialises in multi-touch event led marketing programmes and flagship event development, creating experiences that drive engagement, brand impact, and business growth.</p> <p>Passionate about event psychology, Rachael focuses on how guest behaviour and emotion shape event design, from floorplans and flow to content, storytelling, and immersive activations. She is particularly interested in how intentional design can influence attendee experience, connection, and outcomes.</p> <p>Rachael has been recognised as a CN30 Under Thirty, C&amp;IT Corporate A-Lister, and one of The Meetings Show&rsquo;s Tomorrow&rsquo;s Talent. She is a mentor within the industry, a previous contributor to Conference News and M&amp;IT magazine, and has served as a judge for the C&amp;IT Awards and CN Agency Awards.</p>

Henry Ryan Sope is a global travel, expense, and meetings management leader who brings a practical, people-focused approach to everything he does. &nbsp;Currently working as Senior Manager for Global Travel and Expenses at Coty Inc., he leads efforts to simplify and strengthen programs across a complex global landscape, helping the business save costs while improving the experience for travelers and event attendees. His expertise spans corporate travel management, T&amp;E strategy, and meetings and events, where he&rsquo;s known for building smart, scalable solutions and strong supplier partnerships. Henry combines a sharp strategic mindset with a hands-on style, making him as comfortable shaping long-term vision as he is driving day-to-day execution. He has further developed his leadership through executive education at Harvard Business School Online and has supported the wider industry as a former board member of the Netherlands Association for Travel Management, reflecting his genuine commitment to moving the profession forward

<p>With over 30 years of experience in the events industry Fiona is here to support Associations with bidding for and organising memorable conferences at the EICC and Edinburgh.Fiona began her career working for a Conference booking agency in London, developing skills in exceptional account management and customer service. Returning to Scotland with an understanding of both corporate and Association event needs.</p> <p>She then made a move into event sales, spending the next 30 years, working for a University Conference Centre, Convention Bureau, International Hotel Groups, VisitScotland working across Associations and Scottish Sectors for 9 years and now with the EICC for the third time in 30 years. Proud to champion Edinburgh and the EICC as the destination of choice for world-class, impactful conferences.</p> <p>Fiona offers a breadth of expertise and connections within the Scottish Business events industry, can make meaningful connections and has a deep knowledge and expertise into the logistics and requirements of Association and other large-scale events.</p> <p>Outside of work, Fiona is a regular wild swimmer and lover of all of the arts and the eateries of Edinburgh and beyond.</p>

Beginning her career in corporate events and customer success, she has been with TTA for three years managing complex global projects for leading healthcare organisations. In her current Senior Project Manager role, Kimberley is highly respected for her exceptional project management, passion for operational innovation, and ability to nurture trusted client and colleague relationships.
