Constance Chalchat is the Chief Sustainability Officer of BNP Paribas Global Markets, and is a member of the BNP Paribas Global Markets Board. In her role as Chief Sustainability Officer for Global Markets, a world leader in Sustainable finance, Constance is fostering data driven global markets and capital markets sustainable solutions for our clients and partners, incorporating sustainable considerations in analysis, modelling and decision making, and developing AI-powered innovative sustainability-driven services. Since joining BNP Paribas in 2001, Constance has held various management positions in Transformation, Digital, Analytics, AI and Sustainable Development. Constance holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Paris business school and certifications from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is also a PADI divemaster passionate about underwater photography and marine biodiversity. She is the author of "Hidden Wonders of Paros - A Journey Into The Underwater World Of The Cyclades" published in May 2024, and a member of ORRAA (Oceans Risk and Resilience Action Alliance) Blue Blond Accelerator Advisory Board.
