<p>Chris is the Account Leader for Condition and Compliance within Education across the UK. He has been supporting Education sector clients with developing and enhancing their estates for over 15 years, with extensive experience across Diocesan Portfolio Holder Clients, Multi Academy Trusts and within Universities. His primary focus is his depth of technical knowledge in supporting clients around delivering large volumes of refurbishment and expansion schemes, capital condition projects, condition survey programmes and strategic property related advice. Chris has held key roles in supporting the Department for Education with leading the quality workstream of the Condition Data Collection Programme (CDC) and supporting with the delivery of the Capital Advisor Programme.</p>
