<p>As Head of Production &ndash; Podcasts at Bauer Media, Cat leads production and operations of visualised, 360-first podcasts, including What&rsquo;s My Age Again with Katherine Ryan, Lost in Translation with Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez, and the ARIAS-nominated Pete Wicks&rsquo; Man Made featuring an exclusive interview with Prime Minister Keir Starmer at Downing Street.</p> <p>She was previously Production Executive for BBC Studios Audio, and pan-genre Production Executive for podcasts, radio &amp; visualisation at Somethin' Else/Sony, managing a large slate in the UK and USA of Sony Originals, and commissions for BBC Sounds &amp; Radio 1 - 6Music, Audible, Warner Bros. Discovery and Netflix.</p> <p><br /> Cat is also a qualified change practitioner, specialising in strategic business change and transformation in the media. She is passionate about emerging production technologies, sustainability, diversity &amp; inclusion and skills development. She is a member of the ScreenSkills Trailblazer Group setting apprenticeship syllabus for production roles since 2019.</p>
