Caroline Ottoy is the Managing Director of WatchHouse, with nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality and retail. She has a proven track record of scaling brands, having helped grow ASK Italian and Zizzi from their earliest days, and later expanding Wildwood and dim t with Tasty. Before joining WatchHouse in 2023, she served as Operations Director at Planet Organic. Since then, she has led WatchHouse through significant growth, doubling the estate and launching its first international location in New York.
