Brook is a managing director with RS Energy Group and works with institutional investors, executives and business development groups to unearth investment opportunities. Brook joined RSEG in 2010 after four years in an engineering consulting firm focused on green technologies. He has managed dozens of advisory projects for private equity and corporate clients, including A&D, gas supply analysis and early-stage exploration opportunities. Brook implements the use of novel data sources, including scraping websites and mining massive data sets, to provide differentiated investment ideas. On weekends he spends his time chasing after his three young boys. Brook graduated from the University of Calgary in 2006 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He obtained his P. Eng. designation in 2011 and a CFA charter in 2014.
