Billy is passionate about growing the offshore wind sector in Australia and brings international experience designing, developing, operating and maintaining offshore wind farms. This includes multi-GW scale projects like Ossian, a leading 3.6GW floating offshore wind farm, among the largest in Scotland. His technical knowledge is founded on leading multi-disciplinary in-house teams and consultants to deliver geotechnical management, offshore route engineering and floating foundation assessments alongside concept development that spans wind turbine generators, transmission systems, inter-array cables, grid connection, mooring and anchoring, and transmission and installation port assessments to inform development, capital expenditure and maintenance costs.
