Bill has 35 years of industry and consulting experience primarily serving companies in the energy industry. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in the areas of upstream oil & gas and oil field services, specializing in profitability improvement via operational and organizational optimization and growth strategy development. In addition, clients benefit from his extensive experience in pre- and post-merger integration and performance measurement and management. Bill has served clients ranging in size from the supermajors to smaller independent operators as well as with the large multi-line, global equipment and services players and the more focused regional OFSE specialists. In recent years, he has worked closely with a number of private equity and credit investors to evaluate acquisitions and dispositions and has held interim executive roles in turnaround situations. Bill has published and been cited in numerous articles related to the industry and has provide expert testimony. He began his career at Tenneco Oil Company as an production operations engineer.
