Ben leads Solar Victoria's safety, quality and assurance program which includes an extensive risk-based audit program, compliance investigations and consumer protection activities. He works with key stakeholders including regulators, industry bodies, government and businesses to develop and implement risk and assurance mechanisms for our programs. Ben drives best-practice approaches in safety and quality for the installation of renewable technologies to ensure the program delivers products and services that meet the quality, health and safety standards set by the Victorian Government and industry. Ben has extensive experience as a regulator including strategic compliance projects, with a background in engineering and occupational health and safety. He has worked across public service, regulators and military to implement and ensure safer standards and compliance programs.
