Ben is a partner in Clyde & Co’s Corporate group. He advises sponsors, developers and funds on energy and renewables M&A transactions in the UK and across the globe, acting for domestic and international clients on the sale and purchase of operating businesses and renewable energy assets across multiple technologies. His practice is geographically diverse, combining a strong track record in the UK with international experience in a range of other jurisdictions, recently including North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, South America and South Africa. Ben has also developed significant expertise in climate finance and carbon markets, where his experience includes advising on the structuring of international carbon transactions, primary and secondary ERPAs, project implementation agreements and financing structures.
