Aziza Qureshi is a consultant pathway Pharmacist for Frailty and Older People at North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT). She specialises in medicines optimisation, complex polypharmacy, and improving outcomes for people living with frailty. Aziza leads the development and implementation of pharmacy focussed frailty initiative and recently implemented a structured pain review and deprescribing pathways in inpatient rehabilitation wards.
